Sustainable Travel Post Covid

Sustainable Travel Post Covid

Will sustainability be a trend within the travel and tourism sector post COVID or “the new way of travelling?”

Throughout 2020, the U.S. and communities around the world were hit with some of the largest natural disasters we’ve seen to date. As airlines begin to expand operations and organizations plan to re-open programs, will sustainability be a trend within the traveling and tourism sector post COVID or “the new way of traveling”? The Building Bridges Coalition, AFS Intercultural Programs, and Travolucion were joined by industry experts for a discussion with industry experts to learn what the future of sustainable travel and international volunteerism will look like, as well as alternatives and more sustainable ways of traveling.
